A 14-year-old boy who tragically lost his life following an incident at a school in Scotland has been confirmed by the police to have died of natural causes.
Hamdan Aslam was urgently taken to the hospital after falling ill at Saint Kentigern’s Academy in Blackburn, West Lothian, at approximately 1.20pm on Tuesday.
Sadly, the teenager passed away shortly thereafter.
Online speculation regarding the cause of Hamdan’s death had been widely circulating, but both Police Scotland and his family have now dispelled those rumors.
The police have verified that a post-mortem examination has revealed that the young boy died from natural causes.
His family disclosed that the teenager had an undetected pre-existing heart condition, and his death, unfortunately, could have occurred at any moment.
