A BRITISH tourist has passed away after falling from a balcony in Ibiza.
The 35-year-old died in the early hours of this morning at the party resort in San Antonio.
Police have initiated an inquiry into the man’s demise.
Police sources stated that he had been on a first-floor balcony when he fell over the edge after 3.15 am this morning.
The initial emergency call indicated that he was found on the ground below an apartment building near a British supermarket and a short stroll from the waterfront.
A spokesperson for the Civil Guard said: “I can confirm that a 35-year-old British man died in San Antonio.
“The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated.”
