‘Prince Harry missing his mum as pregnant Meghan radiates relief on Australia tour’

EXCLUSIVE: Body language expert and author Judi James reveals the hidden signs in their Australian debut

Prince Harry is missing his mum more than ever after going public with his and Meghan’s pregnancy, according to a body language expert.

The father-to-be put on an adorable display last night at an evening reception in Sydney, Australia, where he stumbled over his words whilst talking about their news.

“We genuinely couldn’t think of a better place to announce the news of the, er, upcoming baby, be it a boy or girl,” he awkwardly told the audience.

And author Judi James believes his missing the calming words of the late Princess Diana as he gears up for a huge life change…

“Men need their mums almost as much as women at a time like this and although Prince William had Kate’s parents to go to for advice and wisdom, Meghan’s mum Doria is currently still a long way away.

“While Harry’s body language signals lurched between protective alpha father-to-be and and bashful, excited kid, it was Meghan who was radiating a calm confidence, even rubbing Harry’s arm as he chatted to their host in the signature gesture of loving reassurance she has used since their engagement.

“With no more need of camouflaging coats and strategically-placed clutch bags, Meghan posed upright and elegant with her hands lightly clasped in front of her torso.

“She joined in the laughter when Harry stood holding the gift of a baby-sized pair of Ugg boots with the widest of boyish grins on his face and she performed an encouraging clapping gesture with her hands held high to register approval when he fumbled his way shyly through the ‘baby’ bit of his first speech of the trip.

“Keeping a secret like this when you want to shout it from the rooftops can cause performance pressure from both a new mother and father.

“But with the news announced Meghan looks relieved and glowing while Harry still seems a bit unsure of himself.

“During his speech he kept his eye on his script and when he got to the word ‘baby’ he seemed to struggle as though unable to believe the news was public and that he really is going to be a dad.

“He got the word ‘announce’ out, although using an eye-cut-off to hide his emotions then did a verbal ‘hiccup’ throwing in some ‘ah’ fillers to appear to check via a glance towards Meghan that he really could say the word in public at last.”
